Anchorage Digital Bank National Association offers fiat custody services through the use of an FDIC-insured, licensed sub-custodian. Anchorage Digital Singapore Pte Ltd ("ADS") holds an MPI license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") under the PS Act (2019). All fiat funds received from clients and held at the end of each business day are held in a segregated and safeguarded trust account with a tier-1 bank in Singapore. In the event that the safeguarding bank becomes insolvent, clients may not be able to fully recover the fiat funds held in the trust account.
